Between Basic Paperboard Cartons and High End Rigid Packaging

When it comes to custom packaging, our aim is to offer options to meet all requirements presented to us by our customers. And when budget is a major consideration or constraint, our customers don’t have to sacrifice print quality and performance.

For custom boxes and packaging, there are two types most commonly offered. On the basic end, there are folding cartons, typically made of 10 to 24pt paperboard. And on the high end, we have rigid boxes, wrapped with a variety of substrates and decorative applications.

To bridge the gap between these two types of products, we offer a third solution that is economical, production friendly and delivers a high end product with many options. An E-flute box with film laminated printed sheets, glued and mounted on both sides is a great solution. And for an even more finished look, we offer solid color E-flute in white or black.

With a variety of film lamination, including gloss, satin, matte or soft touch, along with offset printing, foil stamping and debossing, the perceived value, look and feel is tremendous.
